To grow our sales team in Barcelona we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to take our sales to new heights in North America.

To grow our team of international sales, we’re looking for an BDM to work closely with our teams of Account Executives and SDRs.

Among other tasks, you’ll work on:

  • Managing the sales process from active leads sourcing to closing deals in the United States and onboarding corporate partners
  • Analysing market trends, competition and generate opportunities by understanding client needs
  • Performing online and Face-to-Face meetings with company prospects to present our digital platform and services
  • Brainstorming on new solutions to further develop our offering on Employee Volunteering, Corporate Giving and Impact Reporting. While you’ll have a great degree of autonomy, you will also be fully supported by the Alaya team in Europe, including marketing, sales and product functions, who will do their very best to make sure your objectives are reached successfully.

Who we are looking for:

This role is based in Barcelona, Spain.

Ideally you’ll have:

  • Have a proven track record in B2B SaaS Sales
  • Be an English native-speaker. Any other language is a plus
  • Have a passion for entrepreneurship and for reaching out to people, presenting a service/ product and negotiating.
  • Have a bachelor degree in management, administration, marketing, international relations or a related field.
