To grow our team in Singapore, we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to handle our portfolio of clients in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.


Key Responsibilities


After initial training, you will be part of our worldwide customer success team and your main objectives will be to handle and support our clients in APAC.


Among other tasks you could be involved in the following activities:

  • Support and make your clients grow through all the stages of the client cycle (onboarding, adoption, maturity and renewal)
  • Define a roadmap with clients and set KPIs to make the contract a success
  • Help companies to launch Alaya internally
  • Match companies and employees with nonprofit organisations
  • Find creative ways to boost the engagement of users on the platform
  • Provide product support
  • Gather feedback from customers to improve our service
  • Brainstorming new solutions and services together with the management team
  • Increase your net retention rate via upsells and cross-sells
  • Work hand in hand with Key Customer Success Manager on global clients

Who we are looking for:


The role is based in Singapore.


Ideally you’ll have:

  • A proven track record as CSM, implementation specialist or support specialist, a passion for entrepreneurship and for supporting your clients.
  • A bachelor’s degree in management, administration, marketing, international relations or a related field.
  • Native English speaker or excellent fluency. Any other language is a plus.
  • You are confident, you enjoy and thrive in a working environment with a lot of people to be regularly in touch with.
  • You are rigorous and pay great attention to details.
