Nonprofit Project Manager - French speaking

To join our growing team, we’re currently looking for Nonprofit Project Manager based in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities

You will be in charge of handling the relationship with Nonprofits partners to make sure they get the support they are looking for through the Alaya platform.

After initial training, your main objective will be to build strong relationships with nonprofits in France and Switzerland.

  • Among other tasks, you’ll be involved in the following activities:
  • Onboarding new partners to the Alaya platform and helping them in this process
  • Making sure the nonprofits keep their content up to date on the platform
  • Organizing corporate volunteering activities for individuals and groups
  • Developing key partnerships depending on the key regions
  • Brainstorming on new solutions to further develop our offering on Employee Volunteering, Corporate Giving and Impact Reporting

Who we are looking for

The role is based in Barcelona.

Ideally you’ll have :

  • Native French speaker and excellent English proficiency
  • At least, 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience in customer service, event management or project management roles
  • You are confident, you enjoy and thrive in a working environment with a lot of people to be regularly in touch with.
  • Have a bachelor degree in management, administration, marketing, international relations or a related field
