People Manager - Human Resources

You’ll be part of the People team and, after initial training, you’ll support the team in strategic projects around People Operations, Talent and Performance management, Learning and Development, bringing new ideas and shaping mid/long term HR strategies.


Among other tasks, you’ll work on:

  • Partnering with leaders to understand business needs and setting performance management strategy
  • Supporting talent development plans and participating in creating Learning and Development programs and initiatives alongside hiring managers
  • Handling employee relations and coaching team leaders
  • Overseeing employee engagement initiatives and driving projects to improve people happiness and wellbeing within the company
  • Supervising People Operations locally

Who we are looking for:


The role is based in Barcelona, Spain.


So, are you the ideal match?

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a Human Resources function within a hyper growth and fast paced environment
  • Experience within SaaS and/or B2B sectors is a plus
  • Excellent English proficiency. Any other languages are a plus
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Strong experience in building from scratch and scaling processes, always finding solutions and challenging assumptions
  • Solid organizational skills, proactivity and flexibility
  • More than anything, passionate about working with people, interacting with all teams, being empathetic, a good listener and a great advisor, while keeping a strong company and business vision
