We’re looking for an amazing Performance Marketing Manager, helping to scale Alaya’s demand generation and lead capture efforts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Demand generation: PPC campaign planning & execution across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Facebook) to spread brand and topic awareness to generate more demand for the product.
  • Lead capture: Ensure high intent channels are optimized and identify trends and insights to maximize campaign KPIs.
  • Keyword research: Use relevant tools like semrush to find new and
  • Creative: Working with designers to create relevant and engaging content
  • Copywriting: Working with our content team to deliver high converting copy
  • Reporting & analysis: Weekly reporting & analysis to understand and optimise campaign performance

Who we are looking for:


The role is based in Barcelona, Spain.

Ideally you’ll have:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B PPC
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Experience in a B2B context is a plus
