We’re looking for an amazing Performance Marketing Manager, helping to scale Alaya’s demand generation and lead capture efforts.
- Demand generation: PPC campaign planning & execution across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Facebook) to spread brand and topic awareness to generate more demand for the product.
- Lead capture: Ensure high intent channels are optimized and identify trends and insights to maximize campaign KPIs.
- Keyword research: Use relevant tools like semrush to find new and
- Creative: Working with designers to create relevant and engaging content
- Copywriting: Working with our content team to deliver high converting copy
- Reporting & analysis: Weekly reporting & analysis to understand and optimise campaign performance

The role is based in Barcelona, Spain.
Ideally you’ll have:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B PPC
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience in a B2B context is a plus
