To join our growing team, we’re currently looking for a support specialist based in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll be part of the Customer Success team (CS), and after initial training, you’ll be in charge of developing the support function within CS, creating processes and helping the function to scale.

Among other tasks, you’ll be involved in the following activities:

  • Building strong support process to scale the team
  • Providing Tiers 1 support for our clients
  • Escalating tickets to the CSMs or IT team
  • Populating our different Help Center
  • Innovating into new tools to scale the ticketing system
  • Identifying clients experiencing repeated issues

Who we are looking for

The role is based in Barcelona.

Ideally you’ll have:

  • A proven track record in a similar function, as customer success, implementation or support specialist, with a passion for entrepreneurship and for supporting your clients
  • Fluency in English. Any other language is a plus
  • A bachelor degree in management, administration, marketing, international relations or a related field
